Check out this coat!

I saw this coat from japanese weekend and couldn't believe it! I used to wear my baby bjorn all the time and zip my coat up around my baby (I wasn't stylin though!) This "New Mama" coat has a zip panel where you can carry baby in a sling or front-pack. Put your coat on and take off without waking baby and protect them from the wind, cold, rain and snow.

Then when baby grows up just zip off panel and use your MamaCoat for years to come!

Baby Locks Box

Here’s another item I need to ensure that I save all the precious milestones of my child’s life. He had his first haircut awhile ago and I have the hair in a Ziploc bag. How pathetic is that?! It would be much more sentimental to tuck his precious locks in the Baby Locks Box found at Tree by Kerri Lee. This charming little box is a fantastic idea to store your baby’s first curls and memorable 1st haircut photos. The box includes an envelope so that you can write down the name and place of the event. The box comes in a soft pink or blue and is designed with a lovable bear holding a scissors.

Visit Tree by Kerri Lee to pick up a Baby Locks box for yourself or as a terrific baby shower gift.

Handcrafted Hats by Jamie

These hats are adorable...I wish I new about them when my girls were younger. They had and still have very fine short hair. They were never able to wear barrettes or bows. There were even a few times in the past when they have been mistaken for boys (even though they were wearing pink!) If I had one of these fun stylish hats by there would be no mistaking them!

Baby Cappelli (Cappelli means "hats" in Italian) was founded by Jamie, mom of two who was inspired by her kids who both had very little hair until age 2. She was unhappy with the hats on the market and used her talent to create these awesome hats. Her eye catching designs are now carried in Nordstrom and boutiques all over the country.

When you get your hat it is delicately wrapped in a crisp cello bag tied with a ribbon. Baby Cappelli hats are made with a child's comfort in mind. They are sooo soft and colorful with beautiful embellishments! The details are never overlooked!

Mom's of boys...Your not left out, Baby Cappelli has a great selection of hats just for your little guy. They also have a line for toddlers 2T-4T.

Have you seen the wooly baby hats from Curliegirl? If you haven’t I urge you to take a look. Founders Vicky Prazdnik and Lori Richmond create a fun and cute line of baby hats using soft cotton, their crochet hooks and lots of imagination. The hats are available in sizes from infant to 4 years old. These delightful hats are available just in time for the cool fall/winter weather that is upon us. They are so adorable that I wish I knew a little girl I could buy a hat for!

The Baby Sam Hat is a crochet flower style full of sweet delight with its pink coloring and white trim. The hat is accented with a chic white flower for a bit of sass.

I’m also a fan of their Baby Astra Hat. It’s a fitted hat in green with pink trim stripe. This brazen hat is accented with a pink sequin star. How feisty!

Viist Cutiegirl to see their entire baby hat collection. Just in time for the holidays!

Brag with Style

I have hundreds of pictures of my family but I’m horrible in displaying them. The majority of the pictures are still in the sleeves they come in after I pick them up from the one hour photo place. Maybe a handful has made it into frames and albums, at the most. I think it’s because I don’t have stylish products that will motivate me to display these pictures. But I've found my inspirations and here it is! Chic brag items from American Baby Shop will entice me to get out those photos and store them in a more suitable place.

I adore the Faux Suede Brag Tags. I can just slide in a picture and clip these tags anywhere I want. I can hook them onto my diaper bag, my purse, stroller, wherever! These lovely tags feature a SugarBooger baby icon and come in pink, blue or cocoa.

I’m crazy about these faux suede brag books. The brag books are well-built, funky, and soft. These photo albums feature a baby brag icon on the front. They come in pink, blue and cocoa.

In keeping with the faux suede theme you can’t miss the faux suede photo frames. It has a similar look to the brag albums and its chewable at the same time. All of these items are available at American Baby Shop. You also have the option of having these terrific brag products personalized. Visit American Baby Shop to get your bragging started.

Monsters with Sideburns

I adore everything hip and retro when it comes to children’s clothing. Don’t get me wrong but sometimes I want something other than pink, flowers, puppies and sports prints. This is precisely why I’m glad I found Monsters with Sideburns. The apparel from Monsters with Sideburns are printed on soft rich cotton onesies and t-shirts. They offer unique screen prints and embroidered with artsy flair. My most wanted designs is the Reservation onesie in espresso. I also love the embroidered Owl design t-shirt. Monsters with Sideburns apparel are available at Black Wagon. Visit their website to see additional designs.

I came across the website after receiving an email from
It is along the lines of Shutterfly and Ofoto, but MUCH BETTER! You can create the best cards and keepsakes that are unique and creative. My personal fav is the Peapod.

They can be a little bit pricey, but if you sign up on their welcome screen you receive a coupon for 10% off your order.

Give it a try... I know I will be!

TBC: Belly Tip of The Week

Take prenatal classes! You might think you know all you need to know from reading and your friends, but believe me taking the class and the tour helps ease a lot of your fears and allows you to ask any questions that may be keeping you up at night!
